Better than weddings, yet approachable and friendly.
We have a small project editing setup and camera
package which is just the right amount of owned equipment for training
tapes, simple infomercials and events without incurring large overhead or up-front
costs. We tend to have equipment that is a bit of a cut above the usual DV-centric wedding industry
and tend toward practices of noncheesy television production.
If a project requires some equipment or service that
we can not provide, we rent from one of many appropriate firms in
the Bay Area. We take pride in our integrity: If we are fully booked
or if we do not have the expertise for a project, we will (and do) refer
clients to another production company.
Our huge staff of two is energetic, experienced, and conscientious;
it is our dedication and technical knowledge that will make the difference
on your next project.
Our operation is DVCPRO based; DVCPRO is the industry-leading
broadcast digital video format for electronic news gathering (ENG).
In 2004 we added SDI and a Macintosh G5 Dual 2.5 GHz.

For jobs which require higher-end production gear,
we rent equipment and/or editing time from or at one of several professional
equipment rental and postproduction firms in the South Bay.
If final "fulfillment" is required, to include tasks such as mass duplication,
custom labeling, packaging, and even mailing, we outsource to one of several
companies specializing in this task. Today's retail-ready custom
packaging options such as full color glossy sleeves and shrinkwrap is surprisingly
affordable and becomes cost-effective in quantities as low as 100.
We are also hired from time to time by other production
companies in a crew-only capacity; references are available upon request.
